Developing awareness of the Aura’s various layers is important for being conscious of your emotional, mental and physical bodies. The exercise takes about 30 minutes. The steps are as follows:
i). Lie or sit down conveniently on your back. Next, close your eyes and take at least three slow but deep breaths. Give yourself time to relax. Imagine about your real body and how it tirelessly operates for you. Proceed to touch and feel your body. You can choose to stroke your chest and stomach. Smoothly check your face, legs and arms. For about a minute or two, acknowledge your body and everything it makes for you each day.
ii). When you feel set put your hands by your sides. Again, take some many slow and deep breaths and then increasingly let your entire body muscles to relax. You can decide to begin with your toes, and increasingly work your way up to the top of your head. Alternatively, you can tense various parts of your body for some time then let go. This makes the muscles to ease. Another important technique is to envision the number 100 right in your mind. Focus until you can surely observe it. Once you can view it clearly, let it fade away and be substituted by the number 99. Like before, let this number as clear as possible and then allow it to fade away as well. Keep counting down till it becomes exceedingly much work to persist. By this time, your physical body will be totally relaxed.
iii). Be aware of your physical body, and imagine about your various internal organs like the lungs, heart, kidneys and the stomach. In your thoughts, feel them in the same manner you did when you were stroking and touching your body. It makes no variation if you are not aware of the precise shape, position and size. Just feel them in your mind and be grateful to them for everything they make it possible for you.
iv). Take a deliberate, deep breath and dis-remember your physical body. Remember your emotions, and let yourself to feel them. Imagine about something that annoyed or upset you in the recent past. Let yourself to undergo the feelings in your body that this event produced. Observe any difference in your body while you relive this encounter. You might realize a feeling of tightness in your belly. There could be adjustments in your blood movement, and you sense some pressure in your body.
v). Take another deliberate, deep breath and release that experience. Substitute it with an inspiring, pleasant, or happy occurrence from your recent past. Further, bring back this event remembering all the circumstances. Observe any adjustments in your body while you relive the scene. There is a possibility that you may feel a spirit of excitement. You may even find yourself a bit smiling. You may realize something in the region of your heart.
vi). Keep taking a slow, deep breath and center your concentration on your heart. Let feelings of love run through your whole body. Observe any sensations or feelings in the part of your heart.
vii). Take the same slow, deep breath, however, pay attention to your dreams this time. Normally, everyone has about fifty to sixty thousand dreams or thoughts a day. Most of these thoughts are random. Take about one or two minutes and try not to judge any thoughts that get into your mind. You just need to let them come and leave and move in any course they want.
viii). When you feel that you are set to proceed, concentrate on thought as it goes through your mind. Review it, and consciously transform that thought into something different.
ix). like before, take a slow, deep breath and rest conveniently, imagining about the meditation that you about to end. In this quiet, tranquil, comfortable state, you can notice that you are very much more than a natural body. That means you have felt the impacts that your feelings and sensations have on your natural body. You have realized that you can intentionally shape your thoughts. Accordingly, although you cannot view it, you have a mental body and an emotional body, plus your natural or physical body. Also, you have encountered an overflow of love in the part of your heart. Actually, this is a position known as chakra. This plays an essential part in the efficient working of your definite bodies.
x). Rest in this calm, tranquil state for about a minute. You might want to replicate some of the steps one more time to feel the varying sensations they render.
Xi). When you feel prepared, take another three slow and deep breaths then open your eyes. Rest still for about a minute and then wake up. You will discover that it is convenient to drink or eat something after this practice, as this serves to indoctrinate you again. This exercise will certainly help you to be aware of the various layers of the aura and improve your life in general.
