Astral is the intermediate body between the physical body and the spirit. On the other hand, the world that exists between the spiritual and the physical world is called the astral or astral plane. As we dream, we experience an out-of-body feeling on the astral plane. Actually, conscious astral projection is about getting into a thoughtful state, taking your astral form out of your real physical body, and moving around on this astral plane.
Interestingly, astral travel is never restricted by the constraints of space and time. Hence, is simpler for many people to link with departed loved ones on this astral state. The astral planes differ from the ordinary to the divine, to the phantasmagorical. Astral travel can actually take you to places beyond your vision.
Astral dream events
Your astral being plays a major role in generating fresh advancements which have not yet shown in your real life. Essentially, the astral can be compared with a big laboratory in which you explore with your life as well as your creations. Additionally, astral can give excellent insight since it permits you to come at stuff from a unique angle.
The Astral Projection Meditation
Typically, the Astral projection is about getting into a thoughtful mood in order to consciously take your astral form out of your real body. With exercise, astral projection enables you to exhibit greater experience of astral and out-of-body experiences.
The process of astral projection: Look for a silent, convenient place for yourself. You can light a candle, incense, and play some soft, calming music in the background. Generally, you need to relax in a comfortable posture.
Part one: Aura Meditation
Get grounded and centered by performing Aura Mediation. You should redo this following your astral projection meditation. See how you feel yourself before performing the Astral Projection action. Next, close your eyes and direct your thought inward.
Part two: Astral Projection Meditation.
Be conscious of your body. See how you feel the density of your real body. Subsequently, be conscious of your aura regarding an arm’s range throughout your body. See how you feel the buoyancy of your holy energy. Then begin to arouse your consciousness of a transitional body between your natural body and the spirit. See how you undergo the wave of your astral body.
Drift your body (astral body) up to the edge of the room. Remember to present in that astral body state in that upper edge of the room. Right from that side, be conscious of your natural body down under you, relaxing in the chair. See how you feel your real body down under you.
After the above, float your astral body above through the house ceiling and go to the roof of your house. Be conscious of your astral body rising on the roof of that building. While on the roof, drift around for some time in the astral body. Again, see how you feel being in that body form. Be conscious of the atmosphere around from the rooftop of the building and then see how you feel the world from there in that astral body form.
Next, return your body down into the roof and be in the uppermost edge of the room once again. From that position, see your real body just relaxing in the chair under you.
Hover your body (astral body) over your real body. See what it is like to be up your natural body. Then smoothly drop yourself down into your real body. Be aware of your state then enable yourself to change your experience to your real body itself. Let yourself to descend back completely into your natural body.
Part three: Redo the Aura Meditation
Be grounded and centered by performing the Aura Meditation. Pull back all your power from over you. Experience your toes on the ground. Feel your torso, legs, neck, arms and head. Be conscious of your aura the length of your arm throughout your body. Feel what it is like to be once again grounded back in your body. After being set, take some deep breaths, tenderly open your eyes and gradually start to move. See how you feel yourself following the Astral Projection practice. Allow yourself to have time to combine this feeling and experience being relaxed before proceeding to other pursuits. In case you do astral meditation on a daily basis, it will become simpler to carry out and your out-of-body encounters will progressively become apparent.
